I'm a relatively young Pratchett fan, i'd say, being the spry age of 24. i started reading at the age of 7, in Year 3 of Primary school. Essentially, i had read everything that had interested me in the school library. If your school was anything like mine, our reading was graded throughout, and i'd reached the top level. My teacher recommended to my mum i get some 'proper' books.
That's where my adventure started. I was bought 'Reaper Man', by my Nan, and i'm not sure why she picked it up for me, out of all the books she could have picked. i tried to read it, and it was daunting, i won't lie. on my second attempt, i was hooked. from then on, i started from the beginning of the series, and have read all of the discworld books, excluding the companions. Actually, tell i a lie, I've not yet read The Amazing Maurice. i was so into them, that at the age of 14, when i had a part time job, i invested every penny in buying the collection up. i now own all of the 'Main' books, as i call them, including the Tiffany Aching ones.
Anyway, treat me nice, i'm quite interesting, promise.
