The creator of Thundebirds, Joe 90, UFO and many other TV classics has died aged 83. R.I.P F.A.B. :(

:( Very much a part of my childhood with such early show as Torchy The Battery Boy, Twizzle, Four Feather Falls, Supercar, Fireball XL5, Stingray etc. I even used to get TV21 comic as a kid.

I'm a few years younger than you, Tony, so Stingray is the first one I can remember. Thunderbirds was massive in 1965. I got TV21 comic too - dated 100 years in the future, which seemed so cool then. Now I realise I will be 109 in 2065 so it feels a bit different. :D
