And voiced by the Sir Philip Bin from Bleak Expectations (I'm pretty certain. Sounds like him anyway)
Also loved Ron Brydon as the Doctor's Sontaran sidekick.

Uh, who? The actor's name is Dan Starkey, the one who played the Sontaran. And the villain was played by none other than Ian McKellen.Spoiler: show
