Stressed?

What inspirational sayings would you like to see in your Little Book Of Calm.

Stand in front of an open fridge. Let the cool air flow over your feet. Just like your feet you'll feel cool and relaxed in no time.

Oh Jenn .... you are so wise.

Just visited the upright freezer. Damn fine idea. Last time I looked it was 35c. I am f2f again to look at the freezer.

Brilliant idea for a thread btw.

Love that Q.

I can identify too... a few months ago I was learning relaxation techniques... and the therapist was talking to me.... the imagining stuff of calmness...

"You are walking through a vast field of thick green grass....."

I was thinking: "SNAKES!!!!! SNAKES!!!!"

"You are walking through a deep dark wood....."

"SNAKES!!!!!! SNAKES!!!!!"

Again, I have little to say to that except..."Snake? SNAKE! SNAAAAAAAKE!"

But then again, I play too much Metal Gear Solid. :P

Lol. I used to be all into new age stuff. yanni, pure moods, nature sounds, etc. and still enjoy calming stuff once in awhile.

Flower is great for that

I also like Adiemus by Adiemus (off their redundancy album apparently  ) i'm actually working on a vid using the song. dunno when/if i'll finish it though.

^^^ Excellent.

Wear A False Moustache. Whenever situations at work or home are becoming stressed, put on a false moustache, your spontaneous hilarity is sure to lighten the mood.

Could I just grow a moustache ? I am sure that not having to pluck out tough little hairs one by one would certainly take a lot of my stress away.

Now that I think of it...I could leave the back wax for a few months too....
