The dog pics are lovely. Mycroft, I can just about manage to walk one dog - no way could I handle lots!

Here is Kodi at the beach for the first time yesterday. It was freezing. The upside was that we had the place to ourselves.





If he looks a bit skinny it's because he's not been too well recently, but is on the mend now. (Also the reason I haven't been around, but I'm trying to catch up now with everything)

Funny how when I see a beach I think heat.

Saw a report on SkyNews last night from the UK from animal advocate groups warning about giving puppies as pets for Christmas....

One puppy was handed into a dog refuge after Christmas by a disillusioned pet owner saying they didn't want it anymore.... Why?

"It smells!..... like a dog!"

Unfortunately, this happens every year at Christmas with all sorts of animals given as presents. Everything is fine until the little 'accidents' have to be cleaned up or the animal grows up and is no longer so cute.

my last dog was a rescue and troy was a semi rescue--- he had eaten his owners little valleys terrace house, bloody idiots didnt realise how big a great dane would get its a great dane for gods sake not a yorkie
