Well we had a beer together in Tempe Susanne, and now the Cat's out of the bag 1st time you are in Scotland let me know there are some good pubs here.

I would like to go to Scotland in two years´time,just me and the lads.I want to take the two boys on a Highland walk all the way up to Wik,where my father´s family comes from,and then try to rent a canal boat for the way back down.I´ll tell you if it works,Dug,then you can show me the pub when I´m sober.

OK and the Worldcon is in the UK then, Wick is where one my friends is from, one of the guys who I go to conventions with but you can't get a canal boat from there Broc you would need to come down quite a bit.

The Caledonian Canal runs from Fort William in the west to Inverness in the east, this is 60 mile coast to coast, Inverness is about 2 hours from Wick by train. And There are two canals run though where I live Forth & Clyde and the Union one, with the Falkirk Wheel in between them.
