I has a German friend many years ago... she embroidered an advent calendar to hang in our common room... it was like our communal room on a minesite. We all had mini apartments and shared common areas in a block.

It was Santa with a huge beard.... and you could tie Santa's beard curls to hold little presents..... so we tied on heaps of those tiny booze bottles you get on planes. So much better than chocolate !

I would like to use this image as my Christmas avatar, but when I reduce the size, I really lose quality as well. Can someone reformat it for me w/o losing quality?? It is Johnny after all! :D

Con, you are always going to lose picture quality on such a detailed image when you shrink it. Better to find something more simple. :?

Oh my gosh Dug. Will show that to Hayden this afternoon. She is going to die. I have seen the norad thing but never the cnet one. Thanks.
