I'm running around, here, there and everywhere... chiropractors for me, hospital for pre-op for Mr WW's hernia op. Wish we knew how long it will take though. It's going to be strange having him home for weeks after the op, not like I could set him on to get a few jobs done.

Tomorrow is the first day of our training to be parents! I've done loads of laundry so I can try on five different outfits and Mr Dotsie has his own coping mechanism, he's ripped out the fitted wardrobes in the spare room and poked a hole in the wall, ready to move it to make two regular sized rooms out of one large and one small one. The poor man's going a bit crazy but at least it's productive!

Hun! You only need one outfit when you get a baby.... a cuddly faded old dressing gown you can live in 24/7... if you really want it to seem "authentic".. then smear some baby sick down one shoulder, some marmite on the cuffs, whatever you do DONT brush your hair.... the best look is for "yeah I went to bed with my hair wet and the splayed knotted fan up the back is a fashion statement"

Men do strange things when they become fathers... its been studied. Some work LONGER hours just when you need them most. They think they are "contributing more financially". My oldest daughters father worked less... he hated to drag himself away from her. I was lucky to pry her out of his arms to feed her!

Hope YOU are feeling better soon WW. As for Mr WW... do you have a laptop he can play with? Crosswords? It takes time to get over a hernia op. Teach him some crochet or knitting perhaps? He could do a nice little twin set for Dotsie's new baby.
