.... I am a health freak and don't believe in eating early in the day to keep insulin low and growth hormone high...

Does that make it easier?

I thought it was rather healthy to have breakfast, because it gives you energy for the day, and that you should rather eat early then late...?

You have to post another statement, though ;)

Lol, sorry for messing up the game. Breakfast is okay aslong as it doesn't contain carbohydrates, but intermittent fasting offers many benefits - do a search, I been studying it for quite a while now. The problem is, carbs raise insulin - and while insulin is raised, growth hormone has to drop. You want to keep growth hormone as high as possible and for as long as possible as it is a potent fat burner and a general kickass hormone. Carbs should be for post-exercise or at night, when insulin is less sensitive. :)

As for the statement.

I like kittens.

False, it's way too early for a movie - can hardly keep my eyes open.

The person below me likes eating Kentucky Fried Chicken and refraining from finger licking to ensure permanent sticky, chicken flavoured fingers.
