I am major league frustrated, not only because Tony isn't here (and I can't get a small procedure done til he is here to do wound care), but even more because it now looks as if he may not even get here by Christmas. The idiotic government in the UK seems to have set up a new series of hoops for him to jump through on benefits--this is just ridiculouos! I think your Tories are trying to join the Tea Partiers or even outdo them.

OK, I know this isn't such a huge problem, but I spilled - quite a lot of - light blue nailpolish over my favourite jeans, and I thought I could get it out with remover, but that didn't help, and nothing did, so now I'm considering painting little blue flowers all over it, but it still won't be like it was, and it's so hard for me to find jeans I like, because I'm pretty tall and you don't get sizes like that much over here...

That you all for your good wishes. I'm gutted that this whole thing is taking so much time and trouble. I have been on a serious downer for several months now because of this medical review and being kept in limbo for so long. I seriously wanted to just forget all about my birthday today as it really doesn't mean very much to me if I'm not sharing it with Sharlene. It's her birthday on the 26th and it doesn't look like I'll be there for that either - maybe not even for Christmas.
