I am major league frustrated, not only because Tony isn't here (and I can't get a small procedure done til he is here to do wound care), but even more because it now looks as if he may not even get here by Christmas. :( :( The idiotic government in the UK seems to have set up a new series of hoops for him to jump through on benefits--this is just ridiculouos! I think your Tories are trying to join the Tea Partiers or even outdo them.

They make you jump through hoops, then tell you that since you can jump through hoops you don't need benefits  Hope it gets sorted out.
What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

Though she could watch it in HER day... while she was at work... that would go down well in the office huh?

Boss: "What are you watching there Bouncy?
Bouncy: "A sleeping woman in a dark bedroom in Australia Sir! Its mesmerising!"
Boss: "Ah! Well then Bouncy... you'd better link it into the Boardroom and we can all watch over lunch"
Bouncy: "Right away Sir! Yes Sir! Shall I invite the lads from accounts?"
Boss: "Certainly Bouncy! Put the kettle on and we shall have a pot of tea as well... make a real day of it!"

I am the boss, so I can watch what I want ;) A mad giggling half asleep Australian woman has to be better than filling in my tax returns. Just send me the link :D

IT'S THE NEW RULES they are bringing in which are going to affect the more genuine ones than catch out the lazy ones and thieving ones who make a living out of it.

Strong resemblance to a witch trial there. And I think Dug's right.

Hope Tony and you can get together soon SW.

OK, I know this isn't such a huge problem, but I spilled - quite a lot of - light blue nailpolish over my favourite jeans, and I thought I could get it out with remover, but that didn't help, and nothing did, so now I'm considering painting little blue flowers all over it, but it still won't be like it was, and it's so hard for me to find jeans I like, because I'm pretty tall and you don't get sizes like that much over here...

That is so annoying! Couldn't you get Sjoerd to get you some pairs from the Netherlands aka The Land of the Giants? :)

That you all for your good wishes. I'm gutted that this whole thing is taking so much time and trouble. I have been on a serious downer for several months now because of this medical review and being kept in limbo for so long. I seriously wanted to just forget all about my birthday today as it really doesn't mean very much to me if I'm not sharing it with Sharlene. It's her birthday on the 26th and it doesn't look like I'll be there for that either - maybe not even for Christmas. :(
