When compiling reports like yours Bouncy I have always put Mrs Brown, Mrs Green, Mrs Pink.... etc. It was in the protocol for our corporate reports (and they were VERY particular I can tell you). It was a major charity as well.
Most people dont understand the "correct" form of multiple address for men OR women and they deemed it more polite to list them individually.
