While I was listening to this piece of music, one of the comments remarked that this music is meant to say to you while playing the game, "WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW?" That's an apt description of The Second Malformation of G, from Resident Evil 2...

The not cheerful songs are usually the best in my opinion. I hardly have any cheerful songs. I have one CD (Demons and Wizards) that has one song on it in a major scale (thus sounds a bit cheerful) and has a positive text, all other songs are less positive and in minor scales. Guess which song I like least?
