Picture posting

I may be a bit thick, But what i would like to know is how to put a picture onto my log in, I'm not very computer literate so can someone explain to me Please

Hi Alanz, go into the 'User Control Panel', Find the 'Profile' tab, the left hand side menu has a 'edit avatar' link, click on that then you'll see the browse and upload functionality that will let you upload a piccy. Make sure you make a note of the size the image should be.
