Of all the forces in the universe, the hardest to overcome is the force of habit. Gravity is easy-peasy by comparison.

Great news. I wish you all the best Q. I'm glad I knew you before you were famous. Well, kind of know you. You know what I mean.

Congratulations Q and good luck.
Somehow I imagined you as someone who only drinks Coke light. :D But in this case some drinking might be the thing to do.

The difference between fiction and reality? Fiction has to make sense.

Well Done, Q!
Going to my school was an education in itself. Which is not to be confused with actually getting an education (Schultz)

Well done!

I tried writing a book about 2 years ago, got to 50,000 words then stopped... so being able to Finish writing one seems like a massive accomplishment

And to regret, come the morning. :sleeping-drool: :confusion-seeingstars:

Seriously, though, I was acting crunk. Does anyone here think anyone drunk enough to vomit could post a YouTube of Naked Snake vomiting? And you're right, except I drink full Coke, not Coke light.

Anyway, thanks for all the congrats and stuff. It's the morning after, and I have no overwhelming desire to change anything. Yet. Which is a good thing, believe it or not. I have the desire to add some flavour text to enhance the cultural depth of the story, but it's not overwhelming, and I can wait until I get my editor's remarks.

50,000 words and then you stopped :o Will you ever go back to it? May be you could put a word count limit on it to focus getting it done and/or give it a makeover for a competition to help get it finished? Seems a shame to write so much and not finish.
