This is caused by the way you can embed images here using the [ attachment ] option as opposed to the previous forum which used hyperlinks exclusively so the pictures were not hosted on the forum. There will be a limit set on the number of total Mb that is available to this function and this should be visible to Jason and possibly Tony (I don't know how much admin control Tony actually has), I suspect the value this limit is set at is quite low. If you post an image and use [ img ] then it doesn't get added to this total and these will continue to work.
