Perfect mC !  Thanks for the offer.

Yeah I am with you Dotsie. My lease is open at the moment. The six month lease came up so I am on month by month lease. Buggerance IS that I was supposed to be on a yearly lease (spoke to the landlord) but the agent didnt do that. Would have meant that they would have had to sell it WITH a tenant and I would have been okay til May. And it would have been more likely to sell to an investor. But at this price it will most likely sell to an investor (fingers crossed) or more likely a first home buyer.

Funny this is... the last house I had was gorgeous... HUGE home. I told the old chinese couple who ran my corner store that I was moving and they gave me heaps of boxes, etc. After it was sold I was saying goodbye and they were upset that they would miss me and the girls. It was then that I told them it sold and they were like: "Oh you didnt say it was for sale!!!! We own 10 houses and WE would have bought it for you to live in. WHY didnt you say! Most of our tenants are in our houses all their life!" DOH! They actually offered me one of their houses when it came up but they are all in the inner city and rents in there are massive.

It is actually exciting looking around on the net at a new house. (all other things aside)

Network. A lot of the best deals are often word of mouth, friend of a friend, never make it to the market type thing.

Could it be that it was Nigella that he was watching (since it followed on directly from University Challenge) rather than the food? ;)

(I don't know what she was actually cooking myself, I had the sound turned down. )

I saw my doctor yesterday after some blood tests and he said I was vitamin D deficient and that he wanted to put me on a course of capsules for eight weeks. I went to the pharmacy and they said they'd have to order them in and could I come back today. I went to pick up the medication and was given quite a large bag. I have no idea how big the pills are, so I took it home and opened it to find they had given me eight MONTHS supply rather than eight weeks. The doctor seems to be at fault as that's what he wrote on the prescription and, of course, the surgery is now closed for the day.

I'm very glad we don't pay for prescriptions here in Wales. And I kind of suspect that the pharmacy won't take the extra ones back.

Couldn't you have gotten your Vitamin D by going out and soaking up the sun?

Oh, wait, nevermind--I forgot that you're in the UK! :D

The NHS should pay for me to go to Arizona. ;)

At least you won't have to return to the doc for a repeat prescription anytime soon Tony.
