I think I might be feeling fixed. I've had this stiffness in my lower back and no matter how much stretching and yoga I try, I just could not get it to let go. So today I called to see if there was any chance I could get in for a massage and I scored! Only managed to snag a 1/2 hour appt. Explained what the problem was and she said, "Right. You need a reset." Ok. Apparently a "reset" means climbing on to the table and kneeling on my tailbone. That was a new experience! But, I think it worked.

Catch, your masseuse did what chiropracters charge $100 a visit to do, which is essentially crack your tailbone back into alignment.

I've got a terrible back (had one operation years ago, long story). What I've taught myself to do is achieve the same "cracking" thing that the chiros do. It does involve doing certain kinds of stretches and one day it'll probably crack me wide open, but it does bring relief.

Please share the stretches with me! I really try to pay attention to what she does so that I can try to do what I can at home before things get bad. Then, if I just can't get something to release on my own, I go in and see her.

The car is "titanium silver", which is silver with a yellowish tint (very slightly so). Since I need a car in a moderate hurry, I don't have time to order one. That's why, indeed, it isn't pink.
I drove a lilac Mazda 121 (or whatever it is called in your region - the small, egg-shaped one) once. It was fun driving it to the Wacken Open Air, one of the biggest heavy metal festivals in the world. Stood out like a sore thumb.
