Congratulations, Dave!

Resurrecting this thread I made to say that redundancy is once again looming in my current job that I have been in for two and a half years. There is a chance I may be let go but I am one of the longest serving in a department with a high turnover. The company has to lose 15-19 roles across the board. i will know in a few weeks...

So sorry Dave! I know how scary and frustrating that can be. I hope they're smart enough to keep you.

Fingers crossed for you, Dave.
Look, you've got it all wrong! You don't NEED to follow ME, You don't NEED to follow ANYBODY! You've got to think for your selves! You're ALL individuals!
Yes! We're all individuals!

Best of luck Dave, but one of the longest serving after 2½ years is a worrying statistic, probably a good idea to start looking elsewhere anyway if you aren't already doing so. It's much easier to get another job if you already have one.
One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..

Good luck with this Dave, whether you find a new job or hang on to this one.
