Well, nobody's objected, so I'll try again. Normally I wouldn't, but my previous couple were gotten instantly. This one should be a little more difficult.

so... it's a science fiction movie... and it features in some way two people each of whom have at least one hand, who apparently don't like each other. Well in that case it must be Austin Powers 2: The Spy Who Shagged Me.
