I got a vouchercard for a (book)internetstore from a client whose dog has been going with me for 9 years,which sadly at 12(and a half) just couldn't handle the full hours walk anymore.
Jip is an almost clichelike friendly,abolutely lovable black labrador whose wagging tail i'm going to sorely miss!
I am glad i got to say goodbye to him on wednesday and was very happy to see him doing relatively well after a big scare the week before.
Gave him a sentimentaly heavy last cuddle/scratch behind the ear,pinked away some optical moisture and wished him a nice and easy 'retirement',he deserves it.
So to the smile of today,that would be the arrival of both Dodger and The World of Poo(thought it best to read up on that ) today,after ordering it on said vouchercard only the evening before,nice!

I live in a flat right by my daughters school. She is only four and has just started reception class this september. I regularly complain about the parking to whoever is listening at the time.

But when walking my daughter to school, she said.
"God daddy, isn't the parking dreadful?" First I was stunned then I went into a fit of loud laughter; at which point, she asks.
"What are you laughing at daddy?" Hence to say I was totally wetting myself. The other parents must have thought I was a laughing mad man. Still you have to encourage your children, I'll think i'll try my little one with comedy timing

I was upsetting family and friends with my constant performance of the dance, and because I kept doing it at work, at risk of losing my job.

i had scrambled egg on toast for lunch and i put my plate in the sink on the way to the toilet, as i was walking out of the toilet my little angel of a mutt was licking my plate in the sink, i dont think he realised where i was coz the look of surprise on his face is still making me laugh a couple of hours later

While I was walking from building to building at the hospital where I work, I heard an odd noise in one of the trees. It turned out to be a Red Tailed Hawk, hanging out . I feel bad for the many squirrels on campus, but what a beautiful bird.
