Thanks Mad. I finally got it sorted. It went to the Cloud but not to my laptop and every time I tried to transfer it from the Cloud, it said it needed me to click to validate my device (or some such). I was clicking but it didn't do anything and I was getting more and more frustrated. Today I tried again after following the instructions given by Amazon in response to my email. I basically did the same things as I did yesterday, only this time my device was validated.

I should have learned by now that when these things start to frustrate me, I need to walk away and come back later. The air was blue here last night.
I shall look forward to listening to the album some time today, Mici.
