I'm a gardener and despair of people who insist on being called a horticulturalist (which I don't think is even a proper word?)....it's like refuse disposal operative instead of binman. This is my second career as I used to be a primary school teacher in a previous incarnation.....

Ooohhh - call centres - what fun . I did some time on a travel claims call centre once - A thick skin was needed. Some people can be really nasty on the phone. I think anyone who can work for a call centre for any legth of time is a saint and deserves a medal!

At least your career is going the right way......ditch the office/classroom to work outside I did the opposite - worked in forestry/tree surgery and landscaping then had to move in to an office I would much rather be swinging a chansaw about.......but my arm keeps falling off
