Glad you like it Selkie :D

The cake is ontbijtkoek (breakfast cake, but you don't have to eat it at breakfast ;) )

Can I toast it and put butter on? Or is that just heathen talk?
What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

I always put butter on mine ;) I've never tried to toast it (I believe no one has :P)
Give it a try, and let me know what it's like ;)

THANK YOU LEIA TORTOISE.....lovely big parcel arrived this morning just as i was leaving for work. I've explored it now...cakes, lots of sweeties, the melon candies look very interesting indeed. It's going to be very quiet and sticky here for a while.

PS The salty butter caramel barely made it out of the parcel.......yumm :D :D

Glad you both got it safe!
I'd like to exchange with more people but I probably wont be able to afford new international parcels this month at least

Janet, the Flying Saucers, are they those little round things tasting mint? Whatever it is, it's delicious!

These are Flying Saucers.

They are made of rice paper (tastes like cardboard) and have sherbet inside.
