can't remember the title of a movie..

I was talking about a movie with a friend but couldn't remember the title, or any names of the actors, since I don't know them. It's a French movie, with only two actors in it, if I remember right. There might be a third, but I don't remember it.
It was all in the girl's apartment, she's waiting for a man for their first date, and she's kinda nevrotic...
I remember that when they sit down to eat at first she wants him to make avances but he doesn't, then when he does she goes into panic and starts telling lies to avoid it.
I remember from time to time she calls a friend on the phone and talks about what's going on, but I don't think we ever see her friend.
It's a long shot but I thought I could ask here because.. well, you never know, there are a lot of people in here..

The year.. I don't know, it's not an old movie, it has colours, and I would say it can't be before the 90s. I saw it on tv and they didn't say the year, unfortunately (probably I wouldn't remember even if they had said it though)
I remember she starts by dressing very very.. showy, but changes her mind right before meeting him and changes to something more normal.
In the end she confesses all the lies that she's told him (to avoid a more intimate relationship), and they sleep together, and when she wakes up he's not there and she thinks he's the usual jerk who has left her and she's so angry she breaks his cd but then he comes back with breakfast with no suspect at all about her worries and is quite surprised when he sees his cd broken. But here I don't remember if she lies again or tell the truth.

Unfortunately not, I looked them up but they're American films, with Ethan Hawke. No, this is a French one, plus there are no trains or anything. I only remember those two and her apartment. Nothing else.

I have tried any kind of research, but it's almost impossible to find it by asking google because the things I know are not enough. I should know something for certain to be able to google it. A year, a name... but I'm only sure of things that are NOT. I'd say they were both French actors, but they are not Vincent Cassel, Audrey Tautou, Monica Bellucci, Charlotte Gainsbourg... I'd say they were both in their 30s. I don't know the year, but I think they had cell phones because I seem to remember that he was called by her sister, and should have gone to meet her but lost the train or something and went back to her in the apartment... not much heh... I know.
I know there was no locations other than her apartment, which was small. We didn't even see the street leading to the apartment, because they never go out the door. She's in there talking on the phone, then waiting for him, then dining there... when he goes out we stay inside with her.
The apartment has a small kitchen where she goes to call her friend on the phone, and I think a large living room with a big bed on the side, but maybe there were two separate rooms, I'm not sure about this.
I know she had a job in some office, and I think that's where she says she had met him, but this was the first time they had a date. I remember that at first she dressed with a mini-skirt, and fishnet stockings, but changed right before he came because... well I think because she was in conflict with herself, she wanted it but was afraid of it, so she put on something different.

I know it's definitely not much to work with, that's why I asked here. It's not enough to make a research.
I'd hit myself in the head for not writing it down... I started watching it because there was nothing else, almost laughing, like "oh my look at this", but then I found I wasn't changing channel, and was enjoying it.

If I do that I get a lot of Audrey Tatou... I've tried it. but now that I think of it, I'll try again with the images, trying to eliminate names, telling google who she is NOT, and see if something comes up ... but my hopes are not very high on this

I'm also not so good with faces... I'll never find this. I know she didn't have a pretty perfect face like Sophie Marceau, in a way she had more character to her face than perfection, although I liked her..
