Ahh, well if it helps, I tend to buy physical copies of almost every book I enjoy too. There's nothing quite like a real book. But then, there's nothing quite like the convenience of a Kindle!

As for Dodger, I'm about half way through so far and I'm really quite enjoying it.

And Sainsbury's had the totally invisible copies In there around lunchtime and the lady who does the book shelves was there...er doing the book shelves so I asked her about Dodger. She consulted her list, found 4 copies but said they would be in the large boxes out the back. I unexpectedly met a friend and was introduced to her new baby so it was a good 20 minutes before i made it back to the book section. Dodger was not only invisible on the shelf but also could not be seen in any of the delivery boxes.

Yes thanks Dug. The cards were firmly attached inside the cover and they're excellent. I won't say who they are to avoid spoilers.
