Looks like her to me too,in that film,as i remember,she looked absolutely radiant.
Not sure if it is from that though...

It's not,i just looked up The Trouble with Harry? some more and she looked quite different in that(other haircut and just a bit younger still).
On further reflection i'm now going for Some Came Running with Frank Sinatra(in the film,not in the screenshot )?
