.. I know our American Cousins can be a little crazy at times, but.............

In what universe would a company let that happen in the office?

I was working in the lab on a weekend once when I felt my back being pelted with foam pellets.... the specialist registrar had just been bought one of these, and he was on-call and a bit bored

As Dotsie said, it has come Across the Pond is now entrenched in the Brit workforce, just as we planned, woohahhahahahaha!!!!

But, this sort of thing is used all the time in offices across the States, especially dot.coms. In fact, this is probably one of the least sophisticated of these weapons. Others use electronic foam missile launchers that are controlled by a computer of iPhone. Hell, no one surpasses us Americans in finding new ways to waste time at work!

Actually, I've just discovered an internet store in the UK that sells US sweets/candy.

I'm now totally addicted to Big Red cinnamon gum.

They also now have Mountain Dew available, but although it's made in the EU, it tastes even better than US Mountain Dew!

Oddly enough, one of my favourite things to buy in the US was originated in the UK, but are much more popular overseas than in Britain. Callard and Bowser Altoids, come in all sorts of flavours, but I like the cinnamon ones best.

There is a chain of grocery stores in the US called Trader Joes. They do tins of vanilla flavoured mints that I love. You can also get really good Swiss, Belgian and German chocolate from there. ;)

Now, Altoids could definitely be used as a weapon ;)
