went out for dinner last night and shared 4 starters between the 2 of us, gravadlax, chicken liver parfait, prawn cakes with salmon ceviche and ham hock and beetroot beignet. Nom nom nom
I was about to post here and then realised I couldn't remember! Senior moment, that and my cooking is easily forgettable Chicken! It was chicken and roast potatoes and chick peas and gravy.
We had chicken curry cooked by my son. The first real meal he has ever cooked! And damn good it was too. He is away to uni in a couple of weeks and realising that he's going to have to fend for himself, so we're coaching him through how to make some of his favourite dinners. Before now his highlight has been pasta pesto - and toast.
