I loved Drop the Dead Donkey! I was only thinking about it the other day and wondering how well repeats of it would do as it was very topical - often including recent news items. The book, Drop the Dead Donkey 2000 was excellent!

It has been shown fairly recently on one of the comedy channels. It's still funny but many of the jokes about the people and events in the news at the time are lost on the youngsters.

I voted for "Whose Line is it Anyway?", on the assumption that they are talking about the English version. I saw Paul Merton's improvisation show the other year which was pretty much the same format without the scoring. I have never laughed so much in my life, to the point that it was getting quite painful.

I liked the drew Cary version. I think it worked mainly because they used pretty much all the same actors (minus my all time favorite, Mike McShane )

Mike McShane was meant to be part of the show I saw too, but couldn't make it due to a volcano erupting in Iceland. He did appear in a lot of the British Whose Line as well.

No, I used to watch the british show all the time when it was on Comedy Central here, that's how I knew him. He was my favorite part of the show

It was a tough choice but in the end I went for Spaced, very tough to choose though some amazing television on that list

Tough choice, because the shows are all so different...

I can't decide, though Father Ted is definitely in my top 3...although my top 3 also includes Vic & Bob, Phoenix Nights and The Comic Strip Presents...and Spaced...

I watched the Comic Strip Presents Five go Mad in Dorset last week, the first one of the series. I was in stitches! Though the funniest of them all were the two Bad News episodes. As someone who was into all that Heavy Metal stuff at the time, I found these stories to be hilarious. Also, I was supposed to go to Castle Donnington the year Bad News performed, but had to cancel at the last minute, so I always had a soft spot for that particular storyline
