New - loving this site!

Postby Johns_a_Reader » Tue Sep 08, 2009 9:01 pm

If like me your stuck in the middle of nowhere - next to a sandy hard beach- thats eccles-on-sea Norfolk and you stumble across a site like this, you think of the Colour of magic, golf clubs, and old wise women - they are all here.

You then think should I be cleaver about the truth and say to dibblers - finding it hard to make ends meat, invest in a good hot pototoe & rat stand & franchise- but you know it will never work and he will wear a blossom once a year, then you think back about a random driving test done by a junior assassin and think silly, the plank removed should have been expected but good recovery - a bit flash at the end mind.

You then move on to headology and wander why this particular bottle of red wine is commanding you to write such drivel to strangers, then you think hey a weatherwax might just approve.

I've read these books as paperbacks when they were released - a true great work - any of your lot responsible for overseeing Terry Pratchett - make sure there is no demands made on him, he has delivered.

Best Regards

John Raymond Sizeland BSc (hons) Eng BSc (hons) Ind. Prod. Des.

Wow! I never knew you could get a degree for poking people called Desmond with a stick on the sub-continent.

What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

You're probably too young to remember the 11+ Pooh (I missed it by a year). But in the good old days of British education kids took an exam at 11 that decided whether they went to grammar school or comprehensive school.

It was always considered that the grammar school education was better and it was quite a burden on kids to perform well. :)

I do know what the 11+ was. I also know what penultimate means.

I was trying to be humourous.
