Poo to the nasty niff Dotsie!
Went for a cycle ride around Graffam Water today. Long time since i was last on a bike but really enjoyed myself.
Although i could have done with some Micromail underwear!

Micromail underwear? Is that like fine chain mail?
Of all the forces in the universe, the hardest to overcome is the force of habit. Gravity is easy-peasy by comparison.

:D I hope to be checking and reading the board a bit more now. I must say that I am feeling better than I have IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS! I'm totally off pain medication (first time in 5 years), I've finished Physical Therapy and can walk most of the time WITHOUT EVEN A CANE, something I've not been able to do for pretty much that time. I am now trying to build up stamina, which went out the window but it's coming along beautifully. Further, since Jan. of '10 when I last saw my former primary care doctor and was weighed, I've lost about 70 lbs.--and that's not too shabby. I'm still continuing to lose, and still have a long way to go, but that's a good start. :) Tony is going to be in for a real surprize when he comes over next. But I'm so thankful I had his support during this time. I don't think I'd have made it without him!

So, I'm feeling very encouraged and pretty hopeful as well as physically the best in years! Getting off the blood pressure medication that I never needed has really made a huge difference as well as the 2 knee replacements & the shoulder. Just call me the "Smiling Bionic Woman
". :happy-cheerleaderkid:
