I would think that Health & Safety, or even Environmental Health would demand that you escaped the smelly smell!
Your bosses should pay for your lunch!

Seriously, most workplaces have a Health and Safety at Work poster somewhere on the premises. It states such things as a legal right to extra breaks plus hot or cold drinks during extremes of temperature. Worth looking for.
