   @ Bouncy's latest gem

Those I know who've actually read any of it say it's badly written and pure hype. The Story of O is a classic in the SM arena. 50 Shades of How Can I Just Rake in The Cash, on the other hand, sounds like a trouser leg of time away.

But what I can't understand is it started out as Twilight fan-fiction.

How'd you get from sparkly vampires to S&M?

You, apparently, have not read any of the True Blood books (or seen the series). :D

50 Sheds of Grey ‏

She stood before me, naked in my shed. 'I'm yours for today,' she gasped, 'You can do whatever you want with me.' So I took her to Nando's.

50 Sheds of Grey ‏

'Not in this shed,' she said, 'I'm an exhibitionist. I need to do it somewhere we can be seen.' I was horrified. 'Not . . the conservatory?'

The whole of vampire lore is one Domination and submission story after another. :?

as someone thats been there, i find it kind of boring. in theory its fun and a turn on, but I'd rather a woman i'm with have a mind of her own.

Well one good thing about 50 Shades of Grey is that, apparently, due to it being mentioned in the book, Thomas Tallis's 'Spem In Alium'* has been doing really well in the Classical Music charts.

I sniffed her arse. She sniffed mine. And we knew. We knew where this would end, unless she's faster than she looks- 50 Shades of Greyhound
