We are a small team of indie game developers, and also big fans of Sir Pratchett's Discworld.Recently,we've made a puzzle game with our own take on Discworld. We didn't follow strictly to the original plot, but we wanted to reflect through the game relationship of Death and Rincewind.
We use Rincewind's name in description for the game,we do not have any intention to infringe any copyrights, and just want to show our kudos and admiration,we decided to write this post here and ask the author and other fans of this wonderful book, can we use the name for description or not?
Here is the description we use
"This is the puzzle game, about a lad, called Rince Wind. Who wasn't very lucky and once was picked by Death, to play in a mysterious magic game-............
For immortal, but very bored, Death it's just an endless fun, looking how he's struggling with the every new challenge in the game, for unlucky Rince is a chance to stay alive"
And the storybord for our game

I don't want to promote our game on this forum,so I've deleted its name from the description.
If you think we infringe author's copyright in any way,we will replace Rincewind's name on another random name, immediately.
Thanks a lot for your help, and big thanks for Sir Terry Pratchett
