That's not Terry! That's Dave Hayden, who often dresses up as Terry. He even owns at least one of Terry's old hats. I think it's in Unseen Academicals where a Professor Hayden is mentioned. That's who that character is based on.

1.57 is "Fake" Terry, not real Terry, so presumably it's Fake Terry's earring. There's a second video which shows them both face to face
