(sigh) we didn't get it. Its possible the anderson vendor hasn't been there yet ( i rarely see him since i work nights) but i don't hold hope unless it becomes a massive best seller.

What is the 'exclusive story'? Is it a new short story or something previously published (as per the Snuff special edition that included A Collegiate Casting Out of Devilish Devices, which was originally published in the Guardian)

I thought Sir Terry was against leaving evidence of story development for scholars to fight over.

They do that regulary they did it with Snuff and not only but also produce a slipcase limited editon I believe they may post worldwide.

The slipcase limited edition is limited to 1,000 copies, it isn't signed but does have a large rubber stamp mark saying it is the limited version and also gives the edition number, mine is number 40.

I toyed with idea of getting one but not sure, I may wait for a while if the price comes down to around £20.

Got it... one of only two in the big bookstore. Compared to stacks and stacks of copies of the latest popular tripe... there's no justice. But at least it was prominently displayed on the New Releases table up front.
