After the fail of my reading of Tennyson's The Splendour Falls I decided to compound and enlarge my error by a reading of one of my own works. It's set at midsummer's eve so this'd be the the right time for posting. In the main I'm pretty happy with the presentation - where it falls down is in my voice: frankly, I'm no Richard Burton. It's 8 minutes, so, not short, and not much to watch, though it looks better at YouTube than embedded.
Yes, I know I could've posted this on the youtube thread or the poetry thread and it probably belongs on another board but I worked hard on it and I hope he mods will give it a day or two in the limelight before they move it to the back of beyond
