Have you ever given any thought to writing scripts for tv shows, Del? I could just visualize every part of your nightmare journey.

(I would have absolutely freaked out upon first seeing it, btw, and I'm sure that they would have been pulling me from the wreckage. You did well to keep control. )

This is the second big spider running around on the outside of the car in the last month. Last time I had the girls with me and I was sooooooooo casual about it, pulled into a well lit servo and stepped out and squashed the thing.... (okay I was trying to be calm and only did the freak out dance for a second or two after I had killed it... girls and all). Wonder if they are coming from a tree in my yard perhaps.

Had a spider crawling all over me on the way to work a few months ago remember? Swatted "something" on my back and my hand came back with a spider leg between my fingers.

I think I have had about four major incidents of huge hairy spider in the inside of the car in my life. Most up north when I lived in the tropics.... its not just the plants that grow big in the tropics. Not nice. Oh yeah.... easy to stay calm when they are running over the steering wheel and up your arm! Euaewwwwww! My skin is crawling just thinking about them.

I hate spiders. I hate spiders in my car.

OMG Del! I have to say, you really know how to take the reader with you! Have you ever thought of writing a book? You could write your memoirs. And I wasn't caught off guard by the thong part, only because I read the last page first and saw Mad's comment.
