I used to grow my fringe really long, until it totally covered my eyes.

Um... bought one of those double bladed razors today raisindot was going on about. Got to test it, yet. But the monetary aspect seemed so very tempting. 10 blades for 3,49€ instead of 6 for 15€.

You mean double-edged, right--a single blade with one edge on each side, as opposed to a cartridge. What kind did you get?

Let me know what you think. It make take you a while, since you have to be more careful, and you do need to prep your face a little more. There's a great web site called Badger & Blade that has all kinds of tips for double-edged blades. I post stuff there a LOT.

If you end up liking this, I might be able to send you a sampling of blades that are my favorites. Having a good blade can make the difference between a close shave and a lacerous one.

I think it was on an episode of QI, where Alan Davis said that the best shave was just water. Been shaving that way under the shower ever since which works fine for me. I also have an electric one in case I'm in a real hurry or if I find out I missed a spot
