We went into York today and had dinner at lunchtime and had a lovely Beef carvery, onion gravy and horseradish sauce and crispy roast potatoes!

I ended up having goulash last night, when we went out for supper! It was basically the aforementioned dish. :D

Tonight, it's BBQ chicken and... stuff.

Tonight I'm combining the leftovers from two of last nights take-away curry (one chicken Bombay and one special chicken tikka massala). :D

Mmmm! This thread always makes me hungry! Toothy, I'd like to come over for dinner. :D

We're having burritos tonight. It's one of the things I fix when I can't think of anything else.

We are still munching of the remains of the huge leg of lamb we had for Easter dinner. And pate and loads of yummy cheeses in the fridge... and grapes! And salads of every sort! And breads and more breads. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I don't know which I love best... hot roast lamb or cold roast lamb.
