I loved American Gods and just couldn't put the book down.
I have just got hold of Neverwhere and I'll probably read that once I've finished Unseen Academicals.

Does anyone remember the TV series of Neverwhere? It was quite compelling viewing as I recall.

Just thought I'd let y'all know that I am halfway through the second volume of Neil Gaiman's Sandman graphic novels

Only other thing I've read of his is Good Omens, and I've seen Stardust and Coraline.

The film and book are quite different . Try The Graveyard Book Dave and Batrick. Its brilliant

Neverwhere was written as a TV series at the same time as a book (Gaiman wrote them both). Unfortunately the TV show is somewhat lacking, mostly due to budget. The acting in it is great, but some of the special effects leave a LOT to be desired.

I don't tend to buy many DVDs as we don't really watch stuff over and over (unless its kids stuff of course), although TLOR, and Spiderman do get quite a few repeat showings
