Terry Pratchett Plays

Postby laineyk » Tue Sep 09, 2008 4:34 pm

Hi All

Does anyone know of any upcoming theatre productions of any of Terry Pratchetts plays in the UK? My husband is a huge fan and would love to see a live production of an adaptation of a Terry Pratchett, but I can't see any anywhere. It's his birthday soon and I'd love to buy it for him as a surprise. If not, any other birthday suggestions would be great. I know there's a new book out, and I'll buy that for him, but it would be really nice to be able to totally surprise him.

Any advice or help would be great. Thanks.

Hi laineyk, welcome to the forum.
This link http://www.discworldemporium.com/pages/discworld-news.php will take you to the news page of the Cunning Artificer, and if the plays are not convenient then the shop has more discworld stuff than you can probably imagine to suprise hubby with.

Hi laineyk - if you aren't already, you should maybe become a subscriber of the Discworld Monthly produced by our own Moderator, Jason.

It's an e-magazine/newsletter and every month it lists lots of Discworld productions that are on all over the country.

Click here for more details. :D

Happy to help! I hope that you and your husband will come and write a report of the play when you find one. :)
