lmao Jan, I cannot picture you having a NORMAL drinkypoo.

I used to drink to extreme excess while married to my ex-husband. As in a Case, yes 24 bottles, a day after work. I am ashamed to say I did that for most of my younger son's life... well, 10 years of it. I drank to try and be happy or forget the misery of my marriage to that asshat. One day, he made a bet with me... " Tina, you are nothing but a lush, you will always be a lush and never change, The Day You Quit Drinking Will Be The Day I Quit Gambling." That was October 9th, 1997. I stopped that very day.

The only exceptions were when I have had exactly three celebratory shots of schnapps one per year in the last three years for my baby sisters Birthday. I pretty much think that means I managed to quit successfully.

Oh, my ex still gambles like there is no tomorrow.

:PROUD:

Ty, I do, and my youngest son is VERY proud of me. That's one of the bits that makes me happy cry.

Despite my apparent reputation at events, I only drink a little at home. Maybe a few bottles of wine and a couple of beers per week (not to myself though, I like to share)

At events I do tend to go a little overboard, but what else can you do when you're surrounded by pubs?
I may drink incredible quantities but my personality stays the same, I still have fun and go to bed when told to by Mike the Landlord :D

I guess occassionaly. I'll have a glass of wine sometimes when we go out to dinner (which is getting less and less often :( ) And once in awhile I'll buy a bottle of wine for something we're having at home. But, I'm a total lightweight. Can't really have more than a small glass or two or I fall asleep.

 At our house we call it knock-out juice
What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

The only nice thing about being able to REALLY hold my Booze, (any type) was when Chrysler sent me to school in Detroit and Asshats would try to get me drunk to take advantage of me. muahahahaha, they were falling over and I was just getting started. Happened a lot actually. At least I got free drinks.

I'll have a couple beers between one to four times every two months.

Well tonight I'm binging (that doesn't look like the correct spelling but "bingeing" also looks wrong!) on Barcadi and Coke. I haven't drunk it for a long time and found a big bottle of Barcardi for 8 quid! :?

Pooftah's drink!
