If I've got this correct from the Royal Mail website, the current prices from postcards from the UK are as follows:

2nd Class = 36p (UK to UK)
1st Class = 46p (UK to UK)
Europe = 68p (UK to Europe)
Rest of World = 76p (UK to rest of the World)

The prices above refer to standard sized postcards. :)

Ahhh, but prices are set to skyrocket next month (I think), Tony.

Second class is going up about 7p.

 Bloody hell!

When I started in the Post Office second class was 8p and first was 10p.

Probavly be a good idea to get a bunch of those stamp books before the prices go up. ;)

Last year it was mainly postcards of where you live, or places close by. This year I will send varied/unusual ones, just to be different.

They will not be "of" Florida, but they will be "from" Florida. I hope people find them cool anyway.

If they don't, you'll be paying a lot of money as a penalty fee upon arrival!

I'm hoping to try taking some more photos of my local area and using them to make my own again. However, this year I will try using better glue so hopefully no-one will get a blank piece of sticky card.

Yes, I am planning to mail them from there. I think I might be less than to send them from here anyway.

Sounds like a good bit of fun.

All i ever get are letters from people trying to sell me life insurance, strange utensils for cooking odd looking foodstuffs and the usual franked rubbish.
Usually containing pieces of paper saying that I have to pay the name at the top of the page money so the said name can go and buy a new set of golf clubs instead of fixing the roads, schools, nhs, police force etc etc etc
 grumble grumble and so forth
I don't know where i'll be in twenty years or what i'll be only that i'll want to be where i am and who i am, then. don't you?
