I have been looking into refinancing our house in the hopes of having a little more wiggle room each month. It used to be relatively simple! I've made multiple phone calls to multiple people and feel like I haven't gotten anywhere. Now I've got this nasty cold, it's hard to think about working on it. I've come to the conclusion that financial issues compromise my immune system and therefore should be avoided.

My air conditioning guy told my maintainance guy about my Danbo's and the maintainance guy while looking at my large Danbo broke its leg off and we couldn't reattach it

Lol Batty !! my hobby is photography and a recent edition to my tools are Danbos a japanese imported toy figure I bring them with my camera and had shown them to the AC engineer he mentioned them to a workmate I showed the workmate he broke my figure 69.99 it cost me.

I can understand why you're upset! As the maintainance guy broke it, can't he pay to get it repaired or replaced?

He is very upset , he says he will try and fix it but he can't do it at the moment he's too busy he is a chap in his 60's don't think he has an ebay account to buy replacement.
