Oh you should. There are some lovely little shout-outs to Firefly/Serenity.

Heh, i love the show and movie. its funny though, i only got into because of its similarities to outlaw Star. when commercials first aired people on the forum i frequented started crying ripoff. its not, its an homage, but not ripoff. its never been a secret Joss is an anime fan.

Basically, he's a writer, working with an NYC detective, to solve crimes. It's just a lot of fun to watch. Not too in depth, which is nice.

Castle is on my list. Nice to hear good reports. Loved Firefly! Serenity, not so much.
