Thankyou

Postby stripy_tie » Tue Feb 28, 2012 4:02 pm

I'd just like to say thank you to everyone who voted for my story "Bedtime" in the forum writers competition and said nice things about it.

It might have been booted out in the quarter finals but the fact that a few scraps of prose knocked together out of some notes in the back of my moleskine did so well has given me new confidence in my abilities and shown me ways I can improve.

:D  Congos on getting to the quarters stripy - something none of my 5 drabbles managed (in fact only one made it out of the qualifiers as I couldn't be arsed to vote for any more! ;)

Bang was excellent and I really liked The Stories Fade; I was surprised when Bang didn't go through.
