Dear Sir Terry,
I would like to send you a copy of this book, which has information which I feel would help Alzheimer's sufferers, including yourself. If you send me your address via my email, I will send you a copy.
Best wishes,
Philip Hardy

Hi Phil and welcome to the site. :)

As far as we know, Terry Pratchett doesn't actually visit this website - he's certainly not a registered member.

Good luck with contacting him though.

Have you tried to contact Colin Smythe to see if you can send it somewhere?

Can you imagine what would happen if he did? He'd need yet another computer and a bigger desk!
... Apart from which, he could get addicted to smilies ... Image
Going to my school was an education in itself. Which is not to be confused with actually getting an education (Schultz)
