First Editions ??

Postby woosey100 » Tue Jan 17, 2012 10:10 pm

Hi all,

First post from me as I have just joined.

I have been reading terry pratchett diskworld novels since the early 80's and suddenly got it into my head to start collecting them in hardback.

I have managed to get a lot off of ebay but i am interested in how first edition/first impression books are identified.

Any information would be really welcome, thanks.

Just for the record 'DEATH' is by far and away my favorite diskworld character.

I'm positive we had a thread about that once. Hopefully someone else is better at finding it/helping than I. In the meantime:

thanks for that.

However i have another question - do you have a website that is acurate with the details it gives, ie. first edition and print number etc.
