Heard about it. Probably won't go anywhere. But I want David Warner as the Doctor!

If we get to choose the Doctor, well, there's only one choice. Question is, would Alan Rickman be up for it?

No. Not interested either. I'm a fan, but not that much of a collector now.

And Alan Rickman as the Doctor? Okay, it's about time he got a heroic role, but FFS, David Warner can do a better Doctor. Hell, he's even done it before in the Doctor Who: Unbound audio stories for Big Finish.

I really don't see it happening. Moffatt now suggesting a hypothetical movie would feature the (then) current tv doctor underlines that for me; thirteen episodes and a Christmas special is taxing enough as it is.
